When to use it

Concentric rings with a center dot: goals, objectives, campaign targeting, focus modes. It differs from crosshair — the target is the thing you aim at, the crosshair is the act of aiming, and map UIs use the latter for 'locate me'. Heroicons and Iconoir skip the concept. At small sizes drop to two rings; three turns to mud below 20px.
